BrandLink Free Trial Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BrandLink Brand Portal free trial (“Free Trial”) offered by Catch Light Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Free Trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Free Trial.

Definitions

“Service” means the BrandLink Brand Portal made available by us for your use during the Free Trial.
“Free Trial” means the trial period during which you may use the Service without paying a fee.
“You” or “your” means the individual or company using the Free Trial.

Use of the Service during Free Trial

Eligibility: The Free Trial is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
Access: You have unlimited access to the Service during the Free Trial period.
Usage: You may use the Service only for the company or organization signed up for the Service.
Restrictions: You may not:

Use the Service for other companies or organizations or resell the Service.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
Disclose, share, or distribute the Service or its output to any third party.

Free Trial Period and Termination

Duration: The Free Trial period begins on the date after you sign up and lasts for 14 days.
Termination: The Free Trial will automatically terminate at the end of the Free Trial period unless you cancel it or we terminate it earlier.
Cancellation: You may cancel the Free Trial at any time by contacting us here.

Payment and Subscription

No Payment Required: No payment is required during the Free Trial period.
Subscription: If you choose to continue using the Service after the Free Trial period, you will be required to purchase a subscription, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the Free Trial period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
